NFR PGT Vacancy 2020:
They are totally 29 vacancies for the Post of Post Graduate Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher and Primary Teacher.
NFR PGT Age Limit 2020:
Candidates do not Exceeding 18 to 65 years of age.
NFR PGT Educational Qualification 2020:
PGT – Graduation/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and Education/JBT/PTT (by whatever name known) AND B. Ed./Diploma in Elementary II. Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
TGT – II. Graduation ( in the teaching subject) and B.Ed. AND Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test(TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose AND Competence to teach through the medium/media as required. At least he/she should have a language paper in Secondary level.VI. For PTI:- Graduate from a recognized University with Diploma in Physical training from a recognized institution. Or B. P.E.D. from a recognized University and Higher Secondary For Fine Arts:- Bachelor’s Degree with Drawing & Painting/Fine Arts with minimum 2 years full time Diploma from a recognized Institution. For Music/Dance:- Minimum Educational Qualification- 1) Higher Secondary or its equivalent . Candidates possessing qualification higher than H.S such as Graduation/Post. Graduation are also eligible.2) Degree/Diploma Certificate in the relevant stream of cultural talent for which notified from a Government recognized institute. Desirable:- a) Experience in the field and performance given on All India Radio/ Doordarshan etc. b)Prizes won at National Level. c) Assessment of talent would be in the relevant cultural discipline, on the basis of Practical Demonstration and on the basis of Testimonials/Prizes etc. d)Time and Venue of Practical Demonstration will be fixed by the Railways and will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. - Walk in Interview for the post of PGT & PRT – 30.03.2020
- Walk in Interview for the post of TGT – 31.03.2020
NFR PGT Selection Process 2020:
Selection will be based in 2 stages.
Stage- I:
Written Test (the written test will consist of objective type questions) 50 marks.
Stage-II
the basis of practical demonstration 35 marks (ii) Testimonials / Prizes etc 15 marks.
There will be negative marking in the written test and 1/3rd of marks allotted for the objective type question will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Walk-in process:
- Interested and eligible candidates can participate in the interview for the post of trained graduate teacher on 30/03/2020 and 31.03.2020.
- Interview location – Office of the General Manager(P), C/o GM Office Complex Maligaon, N.F. Railway, Guwahati-11.
- Interview will start at 9.30 AM
- Interested and eligible candidates will bring their application form along with educational certificates, experience certificate, passport photo, community certificate etc.
- Candidates must bring all the original qualification certificates along with age proof certificates.
- The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC community should bring him/her original certificate issued by competent authority in the prescribe form of Govt of India.
