NFL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate age limit should not be beyond 65 years of age as on 30.12.2021 is mandatory to apply for NFL Recruitment 2021.

Other Criteria

Applicable to employees working in any discipline at Unit/Office who superannuated from the services of the Company at or below the level of Cheif Manager (E-6) except those who were removed from services on disciplinary grounds or those who resigned from the Company. Candidates should be clear from Vigilance angle at the time of retirement.

NFL Salary Details 2021

1. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Executive is 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees) and for Non Executives salary is 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees) from the respective board.
2. Special Pay, Personal Pay / Stagnation Increment, etc. being drawn at the time of superannuation shall not be payable. No other allowance / perks shall be payable.

NFL Jobs 2021 Selection Process

Selection of the candidates will be made through a personal interview. Period of engagement will be six months which can be extended for another 6 months on the basis of performance and discretion of Management. However, in case of Materials/Transportation discipline, the period of engagement shall be six months only.
