NFL MT Selection Details:

National Fertilizers Limited will select the candidates on the basis of Online Test & Personal Interview. The Online test was held on 18.02.2021. Candidates who will get selected after online test will be called for Interview. Based on the candidate’s performance in the online exam and interview the final selection list will be made. After that selected applicants will be appointed at anywhere in India.

NFL Management Trainee Interview Details:

Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 01:05 i.e. 05 eligible candidates for 01 post. Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on NFL website. Weightage of marks obtained in each parameter will based as following criteria:

• Online Test – 80% (rounded off to 02 decimal places)
• Personal Interview – 20% (rounded off to 02 decimal places)
• Total – 100%

Note:

• Candidates are required to qualify in the Online Test and thereafter again in the Personal Interview separately with minimum average of 50% marks.
• Before joining, candidates will have to undergo medical examination. The selected candidates before joining will be required to get Medical Fitness Certificate.
• The candidature of all applicants would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates/testimonials etc.
• Candidates will be called for personal interview provisionally on the basis of information submitted by them in online Application Form.
• In case, total marks (upto two decimals) of two or more candidates after personal interview are same, then there qualification and date of birth will be considered

Step 5: Then Click the Result Link, Download the PDF

Step 6: Press Ctrl+F, Enter your roll number

Step 7: Check your roll number displayed on or not
