A New Security Feature Introduced by UIDAI – How to Use it? The Unique Identification of India (UIDAI) has introduced a new security feature for Aadhaar Enabled Payment Systems (AEPs). It is said to be that, this will create an additional security feature for payments. According to a report in this regard, the new security feature will be based on ‘fingerprint vitality’.
This is expected to prevent fraud using fake fingerprints. The feature is said to be a kind of software update under which all devices will be updated remotely. Now with AEPs, users can withdraw money from their bank account using their fingerprint.
Accordingly, users will verify their details in the PoS machine and receive the amount of money from them. Through this feature, users can also avail services like deposits at PoS machines, inter-bank fund transfers etc. Apart from this, you can get basic transactions, check bank account balance information, and get a summary of transactions.
