Union government bring some new labour laws. It is expected that, this new laws will give the great impact on the working hours, salary and so on. That is the impact is on how much an employee is paid and how long their workweek is like that. The new law refer the number of changes that will cause employees’ work hours, PF payments, and take-home pay to increase.
By following this new labour law the companies can increase the standard workday from 8 to 12 hours. The number of working days per week will be cut in half to four, but the number of hours worked per week as a whole won’t change. As per new rule the whole working hours of the week must be 48 hours.
