She noted that Nestle was increasing the number of its female employees as part of its gender segregation efforts, and that currently, about 23 per cent of Indian employees are women.

Managing Director Suresh Narayanan said, ‘In the last 2020, 42 per cent of all recruitments were made by women. This will continue this year as well.
