NEPA Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Period of one year from the date of engagement or till attaining the age of 65 years as on 30.10.2021 or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier.
Education Qualification
Life Guards: Candidate should pass Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board or equivalent and Certificate in swimming from a recognized institute of sports and Two years practical experience as Life guard or Swimming job in a government or Commercial organization is needed.
For Superintended: Candidate should have Bachelor Degree from a recognized university and should have three years experience in administrative and training matters possessing knowledge of rules such as General Financial Rules, Delegation of Financial Power Rules, Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules, establishment and other administration rules is needed.
NEPA Recruitment 2021 Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Life Guards post is Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200/- Per month and for Superintendent salary is Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400/- per month from the respective board.
