The candidates should not be more than 45 years & Age of superannuation is 60 years. The candidates should have completed an Engineering Graduate or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Post Graduate with MBA or PGDIM from a leading institute. They should have at least 5 years cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in Power Sector/Power Generation.
The selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs. 200000-370000 (IDA) from a respective board. The selection process will be based on their performances during the interview.
