According to a report published by Talent Exodus, around 20 to 25 lakh IT workers in India will lose their jobs by 2025. It has been reported that this number will be 57 percent and in the future, IT employees are likely to work in other fields. For the current fiscal year, the number of jobs in Indian IT companies is high and in the coming fiscal year, 2023 more contract workers will be added.

Following this, nearly 20 to 22 lakh IT workers will lose their jobs by 2025, the report added. Meanwhile, it is worth noting that in the last ten years, the Indian IT industry has grown by around 15.5 percent to reach $227 billion.
