NMDC Vacancy:
The National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) has released a Notification for recruiting Executive Trainee (Personnel) based on UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles. The board has decided on hiring totally 22 Personnel.
NMDC Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidates applying for the job must have Completed Graduation (or) PG Degree /Diploma (Sociology/Social Work/ Labour Welfare) from a recognized university.
- The minimum percentage of PG degree should be 60% for Unreserved Category and 50% for Reserved Category.
- The candidates applying for the job must have appeared in the UGC-NET (in mentioned cycle) on the subject Of Sociology/Social Work/ Labour Welfare.
NMDC Age Limit:
The candidates applying for the job must be in the Age Limit of 27 on the date of submission of the application. The Age Relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) 3 years Relaxation will be provided.

NMDC Selection Process:
The candidates applying for the job will be Selected based on the UGC-NET score, Group Discussion and Interview. The candidates will be shortlisted based on the UGC-NET score. The Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview. The final merit listed will be released on the basis of mark scored. The Score Weightage Distribution will be made as UGC-NET- 70; Group Discussion- 15; and Interview -15 marks.
NMDC Salary:
The selected candidates will be provided with the Salary of Rs. 50000(as basic pay) with the Dearness Allowance for the training period and after Completion of training the salary of Rs. 60000 to Rs.180000 will be given as Salary for the job post.
