Job Description:
Programme Assistant:
Assist the project component in running smoothly and coordinating day-to-day activities. Maintain a data bank for each project component’s data and serve as a focal point for all data for that component. From oral and written instructions, prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and other written items. Assists in the supply of data-driven information that adds to the collection and reporting of descriptive and analytic information for programme evaluation.
Consultant PM:
Under PM ABHIM, provide policy, technical, and programme support as needed at the national and state levels. Under PM ABHIM, develop guidelines, SOPs, templates, and formats, as well as advice materials for states and UTs. Work with other MoHFW programme divisions to carry out the PM-ABHIM mission in accordance with the National Health Mission framework. To improve programmes and policies, do implementation and operational studies and assessments.
Consultant Finance:
Undertake analysis and offer feedback on the trend of funds allocation, release, and expenditure under PM ABHIM by monitoring the filing of Statements of Expenditure and other financial reports from States or UTs. Monitoring the statutory audit process, receiving consolidated audit reports and utilisation certificates on time, examining them, and achieving compliance from states or UTs.
