About NCRTC: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a Joint Venture company of the Government of India and states of Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project across the National Capital Region (NCR), ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access.
NCRTC General Manager Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria:
Group General Manager (Electrical) or General Manager (Electrical):
- Candidates should have pass in B.E./ B.Tech. (Electrical) or equivalent. For Group General Manager (Electrical) candidates should have Min. 20 years post qualification experience for GGM and Min. 17 years post qualification experience for GM.
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years for GGM and min 12 years for GM post varied work experience as electrical engineer in Railway/ Metro Rail. The incumbent will be required to do all the activities in connection with Planning, Design & Construction of overhead equipment, Traction substation, SCADA, General Power Supply and E&M Work, Lift & Escalator/ ECS/TVS etc. -Should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment for General Manager (Electrical).
NCRTC Age Limit:
- Group General Manager (Electrical) – 55 Yrs.
- General Manager (Electrical)- 50 yrs
NCRTC General Manager Salary:
- Group General Manager (Electrical) – Working in pay-scale Rs.144200-218200 (CDA) L14, or -Has been working for 4 years in pay-scale Rs.123100- 215900(CDA) L13
- Having annual pay package/ CTC of Rs. 36 Lakh and working in Senior position
- General Manager (Electrical)- n pay-scale Rs.123100- 215900 (L13), Having annual pay package/ CTC of Rs. 30 Lakh and working in Senior position.
- The Company offers attractive pay, perks and allowances attached to the post/ grade as per company policy.
- For the officers on deputation from Central/ State Govt., DOPT guidelines on deputation will be followed. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the office/ work place of NCRTC during the course of their service.
NCRTC Physical & Medical Fitness:
The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also should be physically and medically fit enough. In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Corporation policy.
NCRTC Selection Process:
- The Selection Procedure is based on the Performance in Interview. Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility/ experience in the relevant field and may be called for interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed on their email address and they will have to appear for interview on the scheduled date and time with all original documents/ testimonials.

(viii) ‘NOC’ from concerned Department/ Employer. In case of non-availability, undertaking to submit the same at further stage of selection.
