NCRTC Recruitment 2020 Notification Released. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation has released the notification for filling-up of the post of DY. HOD (HR) on deputation basis National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) – a Joint Sector Company of Govt of India and States of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P, under the administrative control of Ministry of Urban Development, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in National Capital Region (NCR), ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access.
To meet the requirement of experienced executives, applications are invited from IRPS officers working in Railways/ its CPSEs/ Metro Rail Corporations, for deputation to NCRTC. The detail of the post and eligibility is given below.

NCRTC Recruitment 2020 Qualification:
Essential: Graduate, Preferable- PG Degree/ Diploma in HRM.
Experience: The officer should have experience of manpower planning, framing policies, dealing with day-to-day establishment functions, Industrial Relations matters and managing all other HR related activities etc
NCRTC Recruitment 2020 Age Limit:
Not more than 50* years at the time of advertisement of the vacancy
NCRTC Recruitment 2020 Pay Scale:
For GM- Should be working in Pay scale Rs.123100-215900 (CDA) L13.
For AGM- Should be working in Pay scale Rs.78800-209200 (CDA) L12 with minimum 12 years Group-‘A’ service.
For Sr.DGM- Should be working in Pay scale Rs.78800-209200 (CDA) L12 with minimum 10 years Group-‘A’ service.
NCRTC Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:
Selection process, as defined in the Railway Board letter no. Railway Board letter No. 2018/E (O) II/41/1 dated 07.03.2018, and subsequent instructions shall be followed.

Complete filled-up application should reach this office within 30 days of this notification.
