NCDC Recruitment 2021 Qualification:

• Candidates should have working experience of at least 25-30 yrs in National Cooperative Development Corporation & should also have Fluency in Odia Language.
• Candidates should have age of Max 65yrs and the extensions shall be based on annual performance review by MD.

NCDC Recruitment 2021 Remuneration:

• The remuneration payable will be the last pay drawn with DA [basic pay and DA) less the Pension/annuity and or Superannuation benefits drawn per month. For employees governed by CPF Rules, the pension value of employers contribution in CPF received will be reduced from remuneration payable. Pension value of employer’s contribution in CPF received to be calculated as per Annexure to office Memorandum No, F.N o.3B/37 /08-P & PW (A) dated 2nd September, 2008
• Transport Allowance will be payable per month @ Rs.3000 /- for engagement for group A retired officer and @Rs. 1500/- per month for group B retired official. The personnel engaged will also be eligible for reimbursement of telephone expenses limited to Rs. 800/- per month.
