National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, New Delhi has released the registration of NBEMS Trainees for Formative Assessment Test – 2021 (FAT-2021) and Notification. Candidates who are wanted to apply for the FAT 2021 are advised to refer the Official site and download the notification then proceed to apply Online.

The Online application is available from 28.12.2021 and the last date is 18.01.2022. Application form receiving after the last date will not be considered. NBE FAT 2021 Qualification
DNB/DrNB/FNB Trainees who are admitted in the following admission sessions are eligible to appear for Formative Assessment Test 2021:

| DrNB Super Specialty Courses | 2nd year trainees (2020) |
| Direct 6 years Super Specialty Courses | 2nd & 4th year trainees (2018, 2020) |
| Fellowship Courses | 1st year trainees (2020) |
Candidates who are scheduled to appear in upcoming DNB/DrNB/FNB Final Exit Examinations and do not fulfil the criteria on minimum appearance in FAT/ Internal Appraisals may also be registered by their training institute for FAT 2021.
NBE FAT 2021 Fee
The fees for Formative Assessment Test 2021 is Rs. 6000/- per candidate (to be paid by Training Institutions only through NBEMS Online Portal for FAT 2021). Candidates are advised to pay the application fee only by Online mode. Applications forms once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
NBE FAT Exam Date 2021
The Theory Examination of FAT 2021 shall be held on 19.02.2022 and exam time is 09.30 AM to 12.30 PM and 03.00 PM to 06.00 PM.
Any exemption from the Theory Examination shall have to be informed by the accredited institute/hospital to NBEMS prior to the conduct of examination with all relevant supporting documents. The exemption shall be decided by the NBEMS on merit of the case.

The admit card will be available from 12.02.2022. Candidates are advised to refer the official site simultaneously for knowing the availability of the NBEMS Admit Card 2021.

- Go to the Official site of NBEMS website.
- Select “Notice” section on the Home page.
- Find and select “Registration of NBEMS Trainees for Formative Assessment Test -2021 (FAT-2021) to be held on 19th February, 2022” on that page.
- Fill the application form and click “Submit” button.
- Print the registration form for future purposes.
