Common Eligibility Test (CET)” from 2022 – Select People for Central Government jobs. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Development (Private) and Joint Minister of Atomic Energy and Space, North Eastern Province, said that a general qualifying examination (CET) will be held across the country from the beginning of 2022 to select people for central government jobs.

Highlights of his announcements in this regard are as follows: The General Qualification Examination will be conducted by the Multi-Purpose Coordinating Agency (NRA) for applicants for non-technical posts in Group B and Group C in the Central Government service.

The examination will be conducted at atleast one center in each district across India. This will allow those who are far away to write the exam at their respective district centers.

The National Recruitment Agency has been set up with the approval of the Union Cabinet to conduct the General Eligibility Test. The National Recruitment Agency will conduct the Common Eligibility Test for Public Sector Selection Board, which is currently being conducted by the Civil Service Selection Board, Railway Selection Board, and Bank Personnel Selection Board.
