NASA Job Qualification 2022:
Candidates should have Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work, such as English. For more details refer the official notification.
Requirements:
- This position is open to U.S. citizens, nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S.
- Position subject to pre-employment background investigation.
- Current Federal employees must meet qualifications, time in grade, and three months after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of the announcement.
- Position requires Secret Security clearance.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
Duties:
- Serves as the office manager and primary point of contact for managing the day-to-day calendars of OIG Front Office staff.
- Manages travel arrangements and sets travel itineraries, which include hotel accommodations within the United States and abroad for Front Office staff. Prepares travel authorizations and vouchers to assure conformance with Federal Travel Regulations.
- Reviews and edits materials submitted to the office for grammar, style, and typographical errors, referring questions regarding content to the originator and others.
