NASA Recruitment 2022 Duties:

• Handles day to day administrative responsibilities for the Directorate management and staff, such as directing phone calls, receive and greet visitors, sorting and distributing incoming mail, and maintaining electronic and hardcopy files and records.
• Assists with Directorate management and staff calendars, coordinates and schedules meetings and briefings, secures alternate representative by another official when appropriate, and secures meeting location. Attends meetings as appropriate.
• Assists with reviewing and drafting correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda related to management and administrative concerns in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supports the Directorate with training requests, assists in determining training sources and requirements, and reviews/verifies training requests.
