Eligibility Criteria:
Aspiring candidates must have following qualifications or its equivalent from the university or board.
- One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level that includes experience such as; supporting projects on electronic theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies of wired and wireless network; telephone technology OR
- Completed all requirements for a doctoral degree (i.e., Ph.D. or equivalent) in an appropriate field OR Completed 3 full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education in an appropriate field; or LL.M., if related.
- Customer Service– Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.

- This position is open to U.S. citizens, nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S.

Rating Process:
Under NASA’s category rating process, applicants will be assessed on the position competencies and placed in one of three categories identified and defined below: :
