Education Qualification

Aerospace Engineer AST

Candidate must have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree with a relevant major is necessary.

Management and Program Analyst

Candidate must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Equal Employment Manager

Candidate must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Required Experience

Aerospace Engineer AST

To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, Providing real-time assistance on console with critical decisions for suborbital flight operations and participating in the implementation of operational requirements; working as a team member during launch operations; andassisting in the review/evaluation of aerospace flight vehicle systems and compliance with operational safety requirements

To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, Making real-time critical decisions on console and exercising decision authority for suborbital and orbital flight operations, overseeing implementation of operational requirements;leading large, diverse teams during launch operations; andserving as a primary reviewer/evaluator of aerospace flight vehicle systems and compliance with operational safety requirements

Management and Program Analyst

To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, contributing to and participating in the analysis of budgets, policies, plans or processes;contributing and participating in the development of strategies, policies, plans, briefings, organizational processes or recommendations to senior management; andcollaborating cross-organizationally to meet organizational goals and missions.

Equal Employment Manager

To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, Developing, managing, and evaluating complex equal employment opportunity programs to include: ensuring EEO compliance, processing, and/or determining the resolution of EEO complaints;Providing consulting services to management that require knowledge of advanced EEO laws and regulations;Developing and executing a high-level Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Program.

NASA Job Salary 2022 Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Aerospace Engineer AST is $94,373 – $144,976 per year, for Management and Program Analyst is $106,823 – $138,868 per year, and Equal Employment Manager is $151,227 – $176,300 per year per year from the respective board.
