Responsibilities:

• The responsibilities listed below are at the highest degree of performance. Duties allocated at a lower grade level will have a narrower scope, be completed with less independence, and have a lower degree of complexity; duties will be consistent with the employee’s grade.
• Through cooperation with personnel from several Centers and different organizations within each Center, leads and supervises budget operations at the Agency and Center levels, including budget design and implementation.
• As a subject matter expert, he analyses and resolves difficult budget planning and execution challenges.
• Provides management with budget plans, analysis, and briefings at the agency and centre levels
• Establishes activity schedules to fulfil planning objectives and works directly with Agency and Center senior management, as well as Program and Project Managers, in defining objectives to satisfy immediate and long-term budget demands
