- Candidates shall passed Degree in any discipline is essential. Recognized PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/ Management/ Behavioural Science/Trg. & Development /HRD/ HRM (duration of not less than 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year) OR MBA with specialization in PM/IR/HRD/HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years) OR PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal) is desirable.
- The number of posts indicated above is tentative which may vary depending upon existing & future organizational requirement. Job Seekers do not exceeding Minimum Age Limit of 32 years to Maximum Age limit of 54 years as on 07/12/2021.
