Age limit

Candidates age limit should be between 27 years to 46 years is mandatory. Age limits are differ based on the experience level.

Education Qualification

• For Foreman Mining Post: Candidates must have passed Diploma in Mining engineering & have valid mining Foreman Certificate of competency being conducted by DGMS is Mandatory.
• For other posts: Candidates must have HSC & having a valid mining mate certificate of competency being conducted by DGMS.

Required experience

Candidates should have 0 to 8 years experience in relevant field is preferred.

NALCO Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

During the 12 month training period, candidates will be getting stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month. After successful completion of one year SUPT, induction will be made to Jr. Operative Trainee for a period of 18 months. During the training period they will be paid stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month for the first 12 months and Rs. 15,500/- per month for the remaining six months of training.

NALCO Recruitment 2021 Selection process

The applications shall be scrutinized as per the requisite criteria as specified in this advertisement and the eligible candidates shall be shortlisted for the written test. Candidates qualifying in the written test, shall be shortlisted for trade test in order of merit. And the final placement of the candidate in the company will be subject to the selected candidates being found medically fit by the Company’s Medical officer for the post for which they have been selected.
