NALCO Job Qualifications:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should have at least 20 years of relevant experience in counter insurgency/counter terrorism/ anti Naxal operations. Must have commanded an Operational Unit in the Indian Armed Forces, Para Military forces, Central Armed Forces or State Police Forces
- Candidate retired in the rank of SP/Colonel or equivalent would be preferred

Candidates should have Max 62 years as on 09.12.2020 of Upper Age Limit
NALCO Salary Scale:
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.1, 20,000/-(Consolidated)
Roles and Responsibility: –
- Monitor and ensure appropriate security measures by coordinating liaisoning with CISF, State and Local Police authorities, Central Armed Police forces deployed in the area, Intelligence Bureau, Para Military Forces and other security agencies.
- Make periodic assessment of the security requirements of Alumina Plant, Mines and Township to bring improvements in the security system.
- Should be able to visualize and anticipate various security threats, prepare threat assessments for updating the Top Management and ensure timely proactive remedial measures.
- Provide overall guidance to the management regarding private security agencies deployed for Township Security Services
- Suggest measures for the development of CISF in terms of Manpower, equipment and other needs so as to enhance their preparedness in a Naxal environment.
