Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.40000 • 3% • 140000/· during one year training. Upon successful completion of training i.e. subject to fulfilling the required performance related/other criteria of the Company in force & amended from time to time, they will be absorbed as Jr. Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of Rs.60000-3%-180000/-.

The assessment of short-listed candidates will be made through Group Discussion &Personal Interview with the weight age of 25% & 75% respectively. Based on the performance in Group Discussion & Personal Interview, organizational requirement, vacancies to be operated, the candidates will be selected
