| Pay Scale | : | The incumbent shall be appointed on contract basis initially for a period of one year to be extended further subject to satisfactory performance.
The incumbent shall be paid fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000.00 P.M. and will be treated with the status of Asstt. Manager-II in Nafed. On the basis of satisfactory performance and requirement by Nafed, he/she may be considered for absorption to the post of Asstt. Manager-II (IT) in the pay scale Rs. 35400-112400 (L-6). His / Her remuneration of Rs. 50,000.00 P.M. will be protected in the event of absorption. Regularization /Absorption of the services of the appointee, would be considered subject to satisfactory performance, availability of work and requirement by Nafed. The person appointed to the post would not have any right of being regularized in the post. |
