Nabfins Age Limit

• Customer Service Officer Age should not exceed the maximum age limit of 27 years. Experienced candidates will get age relaxation
• Customer service Executive candidates age should below 30 years and candidates with relevant experience the same may be extended
• Branch Head age limit should not exceed the age limit of 35 years and Experienced get age relaxation as per norms

Customer Service Officer Requirements

Customer Service Officer: Candidates should have completed 10 and +2 or PUC and should have vocal and written knowledge in English and local language. Candidates should have valid driving license. Fresher can also apply candidates who have 1 to 3 years of experience will be preferred.

Customer Service Executive: Candidates should completed graduation and must be well versed with local language and English. Candidates should have working knowledge in computer system and must have Driver’s License and Motorcycle. To apply for the post of CSE Candidates should have 1-3 years experience with similar job profile with sufficient exposure to the field operations

 Branch Head: Candidates should completed graduation and should have working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and handling computer systems. Candidates must be well-versed with the local language and English and have their own Motorcycle and a valid driving license. Candidates should have minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in microfinance institution

Branch Head Job Description

Customer Service Officer: The customer Service officer role is addition of customer and increasing sustainable portfolio for the branch and should identify new business locations, sourcing and addition of potential customers. CSO should report directly to Branch Head. CSO Major Accountability is Business Development and Monitoring, Customer Addition and Portfolio Management, Business Administration and Manpower management, Training and Process Review, MIS and Daily reporting, Compliance and Quality development and People Management and Team development.

 Customer Service Executive: the Customer Service Executive is responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch and CSE will be in a team comprising CSOs and MIS-officer in the branch. CSE is responsible for maintaining documentation and process check. Candidate should interact with Branch Head, Regional manager, Support staff at HO/ Regions.

Branch Head: The Branch Head would be responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch. Candidates should report to Regional manager and FH (AGM-DL) and would have a team of CSEs and CSOs and MIS-officer reporting to him. Branch head should have responsible for providing compliance towards audit observations in his branch
