NABARD Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria | NABARD Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:

Candidates should have upper age limit is 50 years as on 31 July 2022.

Qualification:

• Research Officer for CRFIM shall be selected from the research scholars holding
• Post-graduation degree from a Recognized University / Research Institute
• Research scholar with published work of high quality. The candidates should have been actively engaged in research preferably in microfinance and financial inclusion and related areas, with a minimum of 4 years of research experience.
• Candidate with degree of M.Phil/Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant subject will be given preference.
• The applicants with more research experience shall be given preference, subject to fulfilment of other criteria.

Job Profile and Deliverables: –

The Research Officer will take up research and other activities assigned to the CRFIM at BIRD in the field of microfinance, financial inclusion and other related areas for facilitating various policy initiatives as also improvements in design and delivery system of Microfinance & Financial Inclusion services. This will call for organisation of information / data base and its analysis, maintenance of repository of research work in microfinance world, collaboration and linkages with libraries and research institutions in microfinance arena, field research,work as faculty in respect of microfinance/ financial institution & related topics, conduct of studies, preparation of research reports and papers, publication work, organization & conduct of Seminars / Workshops, conduct of Certificate Courses, Examinations, e-Courses, etc.. BIRD/ CRFIM can also assign any other work as decided during the course of engagement.

CRFIM BIRD Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:

The selection process will include writing ability test, PowerPoint presentation and personal interview.

NABARD Research Officer Salary:

Selected candidates for Research Officer Posts in CRFIM will be offered of Rs.90,000/- per month *(Indicative Gross Emoluments (all inclusive))
