Age Limit:
Candidate should be minimum 30 years of age and maximum 50 years as on date Advertising.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should have completed Masters in Social Work (MSW) / MA in Development Studies / Rural Development a reputed company (like TISS / XLRI / IRMA).
- At least 5 years of field level experience in project design in the social field, Reputable and relevant NBFCs / Large Voluntary Organizations / Priority in Civil Society Companies / Start-ups or any other type of companies in development Department.
Remuneration:
The combined salary for a candidate is Rs. 80,000 -1,00,000 per month (all Includes). Amount covering all legal deductions that can be made by NABFOUNDATION To be done on behalf of contract employees. Pay will be released later Creating legal exceptions. There will be provision for raising up to a maximum of 10% per annum Subject to better performance.
Contact Period:
- Assistant Manager – Development projects will be appointed on contract the three-year period may initially be extended to two years Subject to better performance (one year at a time)
- The appointment is subject to a half-year performance review basically. The company may terminate the service contract Performance during the contract period is found to be unsatisfactory Based on a half-yearly review
- Termination of contract by giving the party or two months’ notice Payment by the candidate in lieu of a two-month notice period
