• He should guide, train, monitor & Track his team on a regular basis for improving the ZIL(Zero Interest Loan) Business of CO(N) Regions/Branches
• He would be coordinating with Regional Offices, Branches and ensuring all the communications /related issues are addressed.
• He would be responsible for developing and growing ZIL(Zero Interest Loan) Business in NEW Regions.
• He would also be coordinating with ADLB vendor for Supply Chain Management System.
