MSCWB Selection Process 2021:
The Examination will be held in two Successive Stages:
- Written Test (Objective)
- Personality Test
MSCWB Exam Pattern 2021:
The OMR based Written Examination of 200 marks consisting of multiple choice objective type of 100 questions of carrying 2 (two) marks each will be conducted. There will be negative marking of 1 mark each for every incorrect / wrong answer. Question will be set in English and time allowed will be 2 hours.

Written Test(Junior Engineer):
- For the post of Junior Engineer (Civil):- Diploma level Examination in Civil Engineering as approved b AICTE.
- For the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical):- Diploma level Examination in Electrical Engineering as approved b AICTE.
- For the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanical):- Diploma level Examination in Mechanical Engineering as approved b AICTE.
Written Test(Assistant Engineer):
- For the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Degree level Examination in Electrical Engineering as approved by AICTE.

Written Test(Various Posts):
For the post of Surveyor: General Knowledge, English, Current Affairs, Mathematics (Madhyamik Standard) and on the Course content of Diploma in Survey.
For the post of Draftsman: General Knowledge, English, Current Affairs, Mathematics (Madhyamik Standard) and on the Course content of Diploma/TI/Engineering in Draftsmanship.
For the post of Work Assistant: General Knowledge, English, Current Affairs, Mathematics (Madhyamik Standard) & Reasoning, etc.
For the post of Lower Division Clerk: General Knowledge, English, Current Affairs, Mathematics (Madhyamik Standard) & Reasoning, etc.
Personality test: 40 Marks
Candidates 3 times of the vacancy, will be called on merit basis for Personality test, Subject to obtaining qualifying marks @ 45% for General Candidates, @ OBC (A) & OBC (B) Candidates and @ 35% for S.C., S.T. & P.H Candidates.
