MPSC Group B Qualification:
- Administrative Officer (General State Insurance Service Group-B): Candidates should possess a degree in Art, Science, Commerce, or Law.
- Candidates should be Indian Citizens.
- Preference may be given to candidates who are conversant with Government service rules, particularly Maharashtra Civil Services Rules, the Financial Rules, the Accounts Procedure, and other relevant rules.
- Senior Psychiatrist Specialist (Group-A): Candidates must have an M.B.B.S. degree from a statutory University or any qualification equivalent is needed.
- A Doctor of Medicine in Psychiatry from a statutory University is also applicable.
- Profession experience Psychiatrist for not less than five years after the qualification is a must.
Senior Pathologist and Specialist: Applicants should have completed an MBBS degree to apply for the post.
MPSC Recruitment 2022 Experience:
Have adequate knowledge of Marathi to be able to speak, read, and write.
MPSC Group B Age Limit:
- The age limit details are given in the official notification.
- The Upper age limit is not applicable to employees in the service of the Government of Maharashtra.
- The Upper age limit shall be relaxed in case of candidates possessing exceptional educational qualifications or experience or both.
MPSC Group B Salary:
Administrative Officer – Candidates can get a salary of Rs.41,800/- to Rs.1,32,300/- plus admissible allowances as per rules.
Senior Psychiatrist Specialist (Group-A) – The salary will be Rs.67,700/- and Rs.2,08,700/- plus allowances as per the rules.
Senior Pathologist and Specialist – Applicants can get a salary of Rs.67,700/- to Rs.2,08,700/- plus allowances admissible as per rules
MPSC Group B Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on screening tests and interviews.
MPSC Group B Application Fee:
- Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.719/-.
- Backward Classes / Economically Weaker Sections / Orphans / Handicapped candidates can pay only Rs.449/-.
- Payment of examination fees can be paid through Credit Card or Debit Card through any payment gateway provided by the State Bank of India as well as through the system.

- Last date for payment of the prescribed examination fee through online mode – January 19, 2023, at 23.59
