Education Qualification
Candidate should have P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in LabourWelfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relationswith minimum 60% marks. OrP.G. Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/Masterof Labour studies from the recognizedUniversity/Institute with minimum 60% marks OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR/HRD from recognized University/Institute withminimum 60% marks.Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
MOIL Recruitment 2022 Salary
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Management Trainee in Grade E-02 is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 160000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month as a consolidated amount from the respective board.

Admission to Computer Based Online Test will be purely provisional. Candidature will besubject to verification of details/documents when the candidate reports for interview, if shortlisted or at any stage of the recruitment process/appointment.
