Young Professional Age Limit
- For the post of Lead Project manager candidates age should not exceed maximum age limit of 65 years
- For manager post candidates age limit should not exceed 45 years
- For the post of Young Professional, Administration Candidates age limit should not exceed maximum age limit of 32 years
Food Technologist Eligibility Criteria at MOFPI
Lead Project manager: Candidates should have served as Retired General manager or above and should have completed Post Gradation in Business management or Agri-Business Management or Administration or Rural Development or Economics and specialized in Marketing. Candidates should have 12 to 15 years of work experience in related field. Check out the official Notification for detailed eligibility Criteria
Manager: for the post of Manager in different departments of MOFPI candidates should have completed master’s degree in related field and should have seven years of work experience in managing development projects in Government, Non-Government Organizations in related field. Selected manager should be work as Assist of LPM-I, LPM-II and LPM-III based on their department.
Consultant: Candidates should be retired officer in Joint Secretary/ Dir. Level or Pay and Accounts level Officers. Candidates should have experience in in matters relating to Establishment, General Admin., Procurement & payment and Budget, Finance & PAO works. Consultant is responsible for any other work assigned by the competent authority.
Young Professional: for Young Professional Candidates should have completed MBA or PGDB and should have minimum one year experience in handling works relating to Establishment, Administration, Budget and accounts
Young Professional Salary Details
- Lead Project managers will get paid for Rs. Rs. 2, 50,000/- per months with annual increment of 5% will be given based on performance of the candidate.
- For the post of manager and food technologist candidate will get paid for Rs. Rs. 1,45,000/- per month
- Young Professional will get paid for Rs. 60,000/- per month
- Consultnat will get paid as (Last pay drawn – Pension) x 1.25 per month
Selection Process at MOFPI
Based on the application received ministry will shortlist the candidates for interaction based on the qualification and experience and to the academic filled in the application form. Based on the performance of the interview Candidate will get appointed initially be in probation for a period of 6 months. After those candidates will get appointed for 2 years and based on the performance of the candidates the contract period get extended.
