Eligiblity Criteria
Educational Qualification: (i) Candidate should possess a degree from recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management or Human Resource Management from a recognised University or Institution. (iii) Ten years experience in administration and establishment matters in a gazetted post
Pay Scale: with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level-11 in the pay matrix (Rs. 67700-208700/-), in the Parent Cadre or Department
Age Limit: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
