• The Chairperson of JERC for Goa & UTS shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which he/she enters upon his/her office or till he/ she attains age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier The candidate will have to give a declaration that he/she does not have any financial or other interest, which is likely to affect prejudicially his/her function as Chairperson of the above JERC.
