Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Careers 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Application of only such officers who are not more than 56 years of age on closing date of the application will be considered. If failed then the candidate will be evicted.

Other Criteria

For Private Secretary: Candidate should holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment and possessing a speed of hundred words per minute in stenography.

For Section Officer: Candidate should holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with eight years service in the grade OR possessing bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or Institute.

For Assistant Section Officer: Candidate should holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis or with six years service In the grade rendered.

For Principle Private Secretary: Candidate should holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with six years service in the grade rendered and possessing a speed of hundred words per minute in stenography and Five years experience of Stenography.

For Private Secretary: Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800/- Grade Pay Rs. 4800 per revised

For Section Officer: Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800/- Grade Pay Rs. 4800 per revised

For Assistant Section Officer: Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800/- Grade Pay Rs. 4800 per revised

For Principle Private Secretary: Rs. 37400 to Rs. 67,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 6600 per revised
