• Twelve years experience with M. Sc (Nursing) out of which ten years should be teaching experience with minimum of five years in Collegiate Programme
• Three years experience in administration in Nursing in State or Union Territories or Central Government

Professor cum- Principal:

• Fifteen years experience with M. Sc (Nursing) out of which twelve years should be teaching experience with minimum of five years in Collegiate Programme
• Three years experience in administration in Nursing in State or Union Territories or Central Government

MOHFW Recruitment Notification 2022 Salary Scale:

• Salary Scale will be for the post of Professor cum Vice-Principal in Pay Level -12 (Rs 78,800 to 2,09,200) of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-3 (Rs 15,600 to 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs 7600)
• Salary Scale will be for the post of Professor cum Vice Principal in Pay Level -13 (Rs 1,23,100 to 2,15,900) of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-4 (Rs 37,400 to 67,000) with Grade Pay Rs 8700)
