MIDHANI Recruitment 2021 Age limits:

The Candidates age limits should have Maximum 30 Years as on 10.03.2021 for the post of Assistant Manager & EOT Crane Operator and Maximum 28 Years for the post of Junior Manager and all other post should have Maximum age limit 35 years as on 10.03.2021

MIDHANI Recruitment 2021 Eligible Criteria:

For Non-Executives Posts (Except EOT Crane Operator): The Candidates should complete the Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) in minimum 60% Marks with 4 years working experience in relevant field.

For EOT Crane Operator post: The Candidates should have SSLC with 4 years working experience in the relevant field or SSLC & ITI with 4 years working experience in the relevant field and also having a experience in operation of heavy cranes, capacity 100 Tons and above will be given preference.

For Executives Posts:

Jr. Manager (Civil):

The Candidates should have completed B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 60% of Mark with 1 Year working experience for the relevant field.

Jr. Manager (Legal):

The Candidates should have completed Degree in Law in 55% Marks with 4 Years working experience and also having Good verbal and written communication is desirable.

Assistant Manager (Hot Rolling Mills, Spring Manufacturing Plant, Bar & Wire Drawing, Electrical Maintenance):

The Candidates should have Degree in Engineering or Technology (Production/Mechanical/Metallurgy, (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electronic & Instrumentation) in 60% Marks with 2 Years Working Experience in the relevant field.

Assistant Manager (Mechanical Maintenance):

The Candidates should have Degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical) in 60% Marks with 2 Years working experience and also having Experience in wide plate mill maintenance will be an added advantage.

MIDHANI Recruitment 2021 Selection Process:

For Executive Posts:

The Selection Process is based on Written Test & Trade or Proficiency Test for the post of Junior Manager (Civil) & Junior Manager (Law) and for all other posts is Interview only

For Non-Executive Posts:

The Selection process is based on following criteria:

Experience	15 marks
Written Test	100 reckoned for 70 marks
Trade Test	Pass/Fail
Total	100 marks
