MHC Office Assistant 2021 – Important Notice:

• All the candidates, who are provisionally selected for various posts in Judicial Districts of Ariyalur, Coimbatore, Kanniyakumari, Karur, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Nagapattinam, Pudukottai, Sivagangai, Thanjavur, Theni, Thoothukudi, Thiruvallur, Thiruvarur, Vellore, Virudhunagar and Nilgiris, as per the Provisional Selection Lists hosted on 29.11.2021, are directed to report before the Principal District Judges/District Judges concerned on 08.12.2021 at 10.00 am, without fail.
• Candidates with defective vision have to produce eye fitness certificate from a qualified eye specialist not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon, attached to a Government Hospital.
• Physically challenged individuals must submit a certificate from a Government Hospital Medical Officer stating the nature of their physical disability and verifying that their physical handicap does not render them incapable of performing their tasks effectively.

• Copy of online application
• Copy of Hall Ticket for Written Examination/Common Practical Test/Common Oral Test
• Any Photo ID like Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Pan Card, ID Card issued by any employer etc.
• All original certificates along with a self-attested copy in proof of their educational qualifications, technical qualifications, community certificate, PH certificate, PSTM certificate, DW certificate, priority certificate etc.
• Conduct Certificates issued by two persons, in original
• Experience Certificate, if any
• Physical Fitness Certificate issued by Competent Medical Officer
