MHA Jobs 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate who have attained the age of sixty years or above are therefore, not eligible to apply for the MHA Recruitment. Candidate must fulfil the age limit criteria, If failed then they would be rejected.

Other Criteria

• The Member (P&D) of the Authority shall be a whole-time Member and shall be of the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of India,
• The Member (P&D) shall be chosen from amongst persons who have special knowledge and experience in the field of Planning & Development.

MHA Careers 2021 Selection Procedure

• In case of appointment on deputation basis, the Member (P&D) will be selected from amongst the persons who is in the service of Government of India or of a State Government, and
• Holding a post of Joint Secretary to the Government of India in level 14 of the pay matrix of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 OR equivalent post in Government of India or State Government;
• Holding the post of Director in Government of India (in level 13 of the pay matrix of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 OR equivalent post for a period of not less than four years in Government of India or State Government.
