MHA Jobs 2021 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should have Bachelor degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Candidate should have 8 years’ experience in enforcement of regulatory laws, investigation of economic and criminal offences and collection of intelligence relating thereto.
• Candidate should holding analogous post in the Pay level 16/17 of the 7thCPC on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or approved for appointment in pay level of 16/17 in the 7thCPC, or equivalent.

MHA Careers 2021 Salary Details

Selected candidate will be appointed to relevant pay level of 16 or 17 depending on the level of post being held by such officer in the parent cadre and as approved by the Competent Authority. The period of deputation including deputation in another excadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/ Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 5 (five) years..

MHA Jobs Selection Process

The post is to be filled up on deputation basis from Officers of All India Services and Officers of other Group A Central Services of holding analogous post in the Pay level 16/17 of the 7thCPC on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.

MHA Recruitment 2021 Required Documents

• Attested copies of APARs for the last 5 (five) years (up to 2019-20) duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India or equivalent.
• Cadre Clearance from the State Government as well as from Cadre Controlling Authority incorporating that in the event of his/her selection, he/she will be relieved to join the post of Director General in NCB on deputation basis.
• Vigilance Clearance Certificate as per proforma,
• Integrity Certificate,
• A certificate to the effect that no Major/Minor Penalty has been imposed upon the candidate during the last 10 (ten) years.
