Meta executives said they would restructure parts of the company, merge the voice and video calling division with other messaging groups and create a new division called Family Trusts. Meanwhile, 54 percent of Meta’s layoffs are in business positions, with the rest in technical roles, Meta Human Resources President Lori Koller said.
