Administrative Partner:

The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a natural networker with exceptional communication skills and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem.

Account Manager – Growth Sales:

With proven understanding of brand marketing, online and traditional media, this role will work in partnership with the Client Partner to develop Meta solutions, industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data/analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. At the heart of this role, one will work on all facets of Meta offerings, Ad and Pages Strategy, Campaign Management, Creative and Measurement consultation. CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Meta customers at the core of everything they do. You should have a deep passion for and understanding of Meta, our advertising tools, and our advertising philosophy. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Client Solutions Manager, CPG:

The Global Business Group Scaled team works with young and growth businesses every day across FB, Instagram and WhatsApp and helps them grow through sales solutions. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving sales by partnering directly with Growth accounts through collaboration, consultation, education and support. Success in this position requires the ability to own client relationships from end-to-end, work directly with marketing and technical teams to consult on sales solutions, strong negotiation and problem solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.  Ideal candidates will have previous experience in account management and/or selling marketing solutions. This position is based in our Gurgaon office and will support accounts in the India Market.

Meta Facebook Job Qualification:

  • Candidates should possess Masters/MBA degree with outstanding academic performance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • 3+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years in a fast-paced startup, ideally CPG industry/MNC and/or online advertising environment
  • Understanding of online and traditional advertising
  • Knowledge of industry norms on media measurement
  • Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment

  • Develop a deep knowledge of Digital Marketing, FMCG, and accompanying Meta solutions
  • Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy and overall Meta narrative

  • Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with Growth clients and navigate complex relationships

  • Work with small and medium business to improve the performance of their overall Meta advertising campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Meta
