MEITY Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidate age limit should not exceeding 56 years as on closing date of application is mandatory.
Other Criteria
Officers working under the Central or State Governments includingAutonomous Bodies, R&D Institutions, holding analogous post on regular basisor with a minimum service of three years in the posts in Level 14, andpossessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed herein, areeligible to apply.
Candidate should possess the qualification of Post Graduation in Science orEngineering in the field of Electronics or Semiconductor Physics, a minimumof 20 years of experience in the field of Microelectronics and / or in theDevelopment of high reliability Electronic devices/ Systems/ for AerospaceApplications.
MEITY Jobs 2022 Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for Director is 182000/- PM to Rs. 224100/- PM from the respective board.The post is proposed to be filled onDeputation basis. The tenure of deputation would be upto 3 years or upto the age ofsuperannuation, whichever is earlier.
MEITY Selection process 2022
Based on bio-data,initial screening will be conducted to short-list candidates for interview. Onlyshortlisted candidates will be called for personal interaction, mere fulfilling ofminimum requirement as laid down in the advertisement does not qualify acandidate to be called for personal interaction.
