The Union government of India ordered that, private medical colleges and Universities should get only the fee amount which is prescribed by the government Medical colleges from the 50 percentages of the students. The National Medical Commission has released an important notice regarding the collection of tuition fees by private medical colleges and universities across the country.

As per the National Medical Commission notice, an experts committee was set up to schedule the fee structure for private medical colleges and universities. The committee has discussed with a number of stakeholders and made 26 key recommendations. This notification is released on the official website of the National Medical Commission.

This should be implemented in accordance with the Government Colleges in the respective State or Union Territory. In the selection process of 50 percentages of medical students, the government should give priority to those who get the allotment.
