Attention All the Employees – 53% of Employers Prefer Hybrid Workplace Plan! Work from Home Ends?  After the covid pandemic got over most of the employees have been invited to come direct to the office. But the employees who are working in home don’t want to move from their flexibility. Meanwhile some departments especially IT sectors prefer a new hybrid model work for employees. For example, India’s biggest IT firms like TCS, Infosys, HCL are planned to implement hybrid work model by the year 2022-24.

This hybrid model work allows the employees to work in the office and home too. According to a research that 53 percent of the employers prefer a hybrid work model for their employees across the world. On regarding this, Awfis survey said that, there are 53% of employers prefer Hybrid Workplace Plan for employees considering the time and cost savings, convenience of employee and overall well being.

About 74 percent of the occupiers are looking towards to shift from location-centric to people-centric workspaces. Meanwhile, telecom and consulting sectors are expecting it’s employees to return offices from 75 to 100 percent. Likewise IT and new technology sectors want employees return to the offices from 0 to 25 percent. On this regard Deputy CEO Awfis Sumit Lakhani said that, to save time and money 79 percent of the occupiers feel that distributed workplace will benefit the employees in work-life balance, mental wellbeing and team productivity too.
