Malabar Cements Jobs Eligibility:

The upper age limit for Asst.Engineer, Welfare Officer and Maistry, Gr.IV posts is 39 years and 38 years respectively

Asst.Engineer (Civil):

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years Experience in Planning, Supervision and Execution of Civil Works in Cement Plant/ Projects
• Knowledge in AutoCAD/ STAAD/ total Station Survey and Experience in M ajor Civil/ Industrial Construction Projects

Welfare Officer:

• Graduate from recognized University with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ Social Science from an institution recognized by the Government of Kerala or LLB with Labour Law as elective subject of University recognized by the Government of Kerala
• Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Industrial exposure in relevant field. Fluency in Malayalam is essential
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Maistry, Gr.IV:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in the supervision of Civil works in Cement Plant/ Projects
• Knowledge in AutoCAD/ STAAD/ total Station Survey and Experience in M ajor Civil/ Industrial Construction Projects.

Malabar Cements Job Vacancies Responsibilities:

• Assistant Engineer (Civil):
• Responsibilities as acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
• Agreeing on a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project

Maistry (Civil):

• Responsible as a supervisor in a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives. Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant

Malabar Cements Recruitment 2021 Salary:

Candidates will receive the below mentioned salary according to the posts:

• Engineer – Rs. 63,580 per month
• Welfare Officer – Rs. 59,130 per month
• Maistry, Gr.IV – Rs. 36,592 per month
