Maharashtra State Council of Examination, Pune is hiring to conduct Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test 2018 for the post of Teacher. candidates to become teachers in primary Class I-V and upper primary Class VI-VIII schools in the state of Maharashtra and applicants are invited to apply for the role. Candidates can apply for the post of before the last date of 15-05-2018

Age limit: Candidates applying for this role must be 18 Years.
Educational Qualification:
For Class I to VII:
A candidate must hold a Higher Secondary with minimum 50% marks & two year old Diploma in Primary Education (DTED) / Higher Secondary examination with minimum 45% marks as per National Council for Teacher Education (Regulations, 2002) & two-year Diploma in Primary Education / Higher Secondary with minimum 50% marks with four years of Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) /Higher Secondary with minimum 50% marks, two year Diploma / Degree, two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed).
For Class VII to VIII:
A candidate must hold a Degree, two year PG Diploma in primary education / Degree with 45% Marks as per the National Council of Teacher Education (Regulations, 2002, Regulations, 2002) & B.Ed / Higher Secondary (or equivalent) examination with minimum 50% marks & 04 years B.El.Ed / Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with minimum 50% marks & Bachelor of 4 years BA / B.Sc.Ed. or BAEd./ B.Sc.Ed./ Degree with minimum 50% marks, B.Ed. (Special Education) / Degree Examination in Crain and Pre School Management in Horticulture and Crop Science and Health Medical Services Group in Agricultural Group.
Application Fee:
- For General, E.M., V.M. & viz/ Bhaj : Rs.500/- (for Paper – I) & Rs. Rs.800/- (for Paper – II)
- For SC/ ST/ PWD: Rs.250/- (For Paper – I) & Rs.400/- (For Paper – II)
