Maharashtra School Education Department Report – Extension of time for registration for Class 12 Examination. In Maharashtra, students who have not yet applied for the Class XII general examination have been given till February 6 to apply with a penalty, the school education department said.
Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Kejriwal announced last week that the written test for Class XII will be held from April 23 to 29 and the written test for Class 10 from April 29 to 31.

The results for Class 12 will be released at the end of July and the results for Class 10 will be released at the end of August. He said the subjects have been reduced by 25 percent to reduce the course load of students.
The Maharashtra State Board of Intermediate and High Schools has announced that students who are yet to appear for the Class XII general examination can register till January 28 through the school’s information database if they have not yet registered for the examination. It also announced that those who missed it due to unavoidable circumstances could register with fines from January 28 to February 6. And everyone can pay the exam fee online.
